In addition to this, your site will be scanned regularly for malware, security and performance issues. We’ll keep you posted all the way and send you a report each month, so you can stay in the loop.
How much does Wordpress maintenance & support cost?
WordPress maintenance & support plans come in two flavours. The difference is the amount of time we spend updating content on your site.
If you need more time for other tasks that’s no problem. We have flexi-time for that.

What is flexi-time?
Flexi-time is time you can add to your monthly website maintenance & support plan. It’s basically like having your own user experience guru to keep an eye on things and make sure your site is always working hard for your business. You can use flexi-time hours for:
- general website updates,
- design/development tasks,
- user testing,
- UX writing,
- user experience design,
- training or consultation.
It’s up to you.
How does flexi-time work?
It’s easy. For quick content updates (up to 30 minutes), you fill out a short online form and we’ll turn it around as quick as we can.
For one to one consults, book in a call, whenever you need to.
For more complex tasks, you book in a call, we talk about what you need and give you a ball-park quote. In both cases, we’ll time-track the task/s and you’ll be invoiced for any flexi-time at the start of the following month.
Remember: We won’t tie you down. If you want out, just give us 30 days notice so we can ensure a smooth transition for you (and arrange a leaving party..)
